Baya Dynamics (BD) is a small, growing, central London based design-tech start-up. We focus on producing mimmersive VR, AR, and mixed reality environments and data services to deliver innovative projects for our clients within the hospitality, leisure, and travel sectors.
We’re creatively adapting leading-edge video gaming technologies and enterprise systems to develop our services. We aim to make innovative and progressive changes in the architectural-visualisation landscape and bring global teams together through collaborative working tools.

What you’ll be doing
We are looking for an experienced 3D Generalist to join our in-house team of traditional and real time artist and developers. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of CGI creation from modelling, unwrapping, texturing, lighting and rendering to postproduction.
You will work with the Creative Director producing traditional CGIs, creating assets for Unreal Engine and other VR/AR applications. You will have the necessary skills to take our projects from an initial brief through to completion. You will work with minimal supervision following established workflows and procedures with other team members.

- Passionate, talented and enthusiastic 3D Generalist
- Experience in Hospitality sector
- Solid knowledge of 3D modelling
- High poly modelling for CGI
- Low poly modelling for interactive application
- Expert knowledge of UV unwrapping techniques
- Experience in creating assets for Unreal Engine
- Expert knowledge of Vray and Corona
- Complex lighting scenarios
- Advanced material creation
- Advanced rendering and postprocessing techniques
- Effective time management
- Able to consistently produce high quality output
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of gaming workflow is advantageous
- Software we use: Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, Vray, Corona, RizomUV, Painter, designer, Marmoset, Unreal Engine
