Our major partners are leading software and measurements companies like IBM, Microsoft, Check Point, Click Software, Keysight. Due to the significant expansion of our activities, we are searching for BPM DEVELOPER to join our team in Belgrade.
Key responsibilities:
You will work on implementation of BPM solution that is used for automation of business processes. Complexity of back end solutions, business processes and customer requirements guarantee challenging implementation activities that will provide valuable experience, gain of new and enhancement of existing skills.
- Translate workflow steps into business process activities and nested processes.
- Build a business data model.
- Build services and user input forms (coaches).
- Model and implement message events.
- Implement effective error handling in processes and services.
- Use cutting-edge CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Dojo libraries to create rich user interfaces
- Create Ajax coach elements for a responsive and highly polished user experience
- Create reusable coach views, and build templates for other developers to leverage corporate themes and design
- Model all decision authority for a process and employ complex logic for task routing and assignments
- Construct complex task and process task-to-task interaction controls
- Design and create custom reports and scoreboards to provide process visibility for multiple stakeholders and users across the organization
Required qualifications:
- Working knowledge of underlying operating system platforms
- Practical knowledge of data structures
- Understanding of SQL syntax
- Working experience with XML, XSLT, HTML and JavaScript
- Basic understanding of web services
- Experience with modern programming techniques
- Minimum 5 years experience in software development

- Project experience with the integration of IT systems
- Knowledge of TMF standards
- Knowledge of Linux operating system
