APS Recovery – the leading debt recovery and investment platform in Central and South-Eastern Europe, is looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our team within APS Serbia.

Our Business Analyst is a strategic position that oversees the continuity, way of usage and improvement of APS business systems. The person filling in this role, interacts with all business processes across the company and is the one that seeks out, develops, and helps implementing technical solutions that amend and expand system efficiency and productivity.
We are currently looking for an experienced business analyst having a technical background, that will maintain and explore the usability of our business system within APS Balkan area.
Main Responsibilities:
- First level support on company business systems for Balkan region
- Keep updated the systems based on internal client requests and business evolution
- Be proactive regarding any new features that would help improve the company systems and propose business changes to stakeholders
- Work as an integrated member of the system development team with shared responsibility for delivery
- Audit system usage and improve business user interaction and experience
Main Tasks:
- User management
- System configuration and parametrisation
- Data upload and update
- Data consistency checks and adjustments
- Act as a back-up on reporting and data analysis related tasks
- System debugging & bug fixing
- Solve and prioritize any system related support issues
- Monitor the deadlines and check the accuracy of the business system related project execution
- Actively take part in business meetings as a system consultant
- Internal customer assistance in business requirements definition
- Writing functional and technical documentation
- Define a testing strategy and apply it on new application features
- Follow predefined testing scenarios and apply them against the system
- Define and run system usability audit reports
- Escalate the system miss usage and adjust user behaviour
- Business users training on existing and new implemented system features
Ideal candidate:
- Education: University Degree
- Experience: minimum 2 years as technical business analyst or on a position in the area of system administration is a must
- Mid-level SQL knowledge. PL-SQL know-how is a plus
- MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel on advanced user level
- Minimum intermediate skills on process maps designing
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with Capone system and reporting tools represents an advantage
