We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help us grow in a dynamic international working environment. The role is dedicated to the partnership with InterSystems to provide professional service resources with experience in InterSystems Licensed Products to undertake project activities for their customers.
The role is based in our Belgrade Branch office, and it requires some flexibility with working hours to ensure overlap with Australian working hours.
What you’ll do:
- Lead business analysis for products and platforms and act as the key interface between the technical SME’s and the business functions to deliver planned portfolio initiatives.
- Understand how platforms work and can educate stakeholders, end users, developers and testers to propose feasible solutions to effectively meet business requirements.
- Assist with reviewing existing operational and support processes, helping to identify opportunities for improvement to add value to ensuring technology is continually of the highest quality.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
- 3+ years’ work experience within a large commercial environment in a BA role.
- Confident spoken and written English.
- Experience from business analysis with exposure to Business process modelling, Business Analysis methods and tools, Stakeholder Management and Change Management.
- Proven track record in successful delivery of a complex programs of work, constituting several technology projects to multiple technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle and quality management.
