We are looking for a business consultant who understands business processes, can communicate with clients, and wants to participate in creating concrete software solutions for managing field operations.
In our company, consultants are not just a link between the client and the development team — we expect ideas, initiative, and active participation in shaping how the solution will actually look and function.

About us

At Planetsoft, we develop and implement Field Service Management solutions for companies that manage large operational and field teams.

In addition to our own FSM product, we work on implementations and integrations of enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce, which makes us one of the few specialized FSM teams in the region.

What will you do?

• Analyze business processes and field team operations
• Digitize operational processes through FSM solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Participate in implementing enterprise systems at client sites
• Collaborate with development and QA teams
• System configuration
• UAT testing, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Organize training and work with end users
• Write user documentation, test cases, Business Blueprint documents, etc.
• Prioritize and classify user requests within system maintenance and improvements

What we expect from you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
• Understanding of business processes and enterprise systems
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear functional solutions
• Experience with project and task management tools (Jira, etc.)
• Knowledge of databases and ability to write basic queries
• Understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

It is a big plus if you have experience with

• FSM / ERP / CRM systems
• SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle solutions
• Implementation of business applications
• UAT testing and go-live activities
