We are currently looking for a Call Agent with strong skills and proven experience who is ready to dive into MOVU team, for a part-time engagement, to join our team of passionate IT professionals, here in our Belgrade office.
MOVU (https://www.movu.ch/en/) is the leading removal platform in Switzerland and one of the most successful digital start-ups of the last few years. Being part of the Baloise Assurance, MOVU has a strong parent company that ensures the growth strategy for the coming years. Our main office location is Zurich and we have a software development center in Belgrade (Holycode).
Requirements:
- Able to handle Customer Requests in German & English on the phone (min. B2 Level)
- If you understand Swiss German, it’s very much appreciated but it’s not a must
- Experience in using a CRM
- Experience in Customer Care is a plus
Tasks:
- Answering customer complaints on the phone every Saturday between 09.00 AM – 01.00 PM
- Support our customers if they have an emergency and find a solution
