CITRIX SYSTEM ENGINEER

As a Citrix System Engineer, you are the point of contact for citrix technology within Dataplan Informatika and with our partners

Your key responsibilities

• You advise and implement Citrix solutions in Microsoft environment for our customers.
• You develop a complete published application solution, taking into account sizing, infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery and application requirements
• You Implement and maintain standards and processes including rollout, design and support documentation
• You provide third level operational support for escalated issues
• You ensure that technical architecture proposals are sound, deliverable, competitive and representative of market leadership in the application of technology addressing business needs.
• You report to the Service and Support delivery manager

Your Profile

• 5+ years’ experience with administrative and architectural knowledge of Citrix, Netscalers, and Windows Desktop OS
• Expert deploying global Citrix solutions via XenApp and XenDesktop in a virtual environment
• Experience with Citrix Provisioning Services preferred
• Experience deploying and managing a global thin client environment
• Expert in deployment of load balancing policies within a Citrix environment. Experience with GSLB a plus
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, including registry management, File and Print and deployment
• Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, Group policy experience required
• Citrix Certification a plus
• Understanding of scripting languages such as VBScript or PowerShell
• Excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent English knowledge, both written and oral
