FISTM Front Arena
At FISTM Front Arena in Stockholm we have been building systems for financial trading, risk management and position control for 30 years. Our systems enable banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions to make critical decisions with confidence, execute their orders and follow up their positions independent of the asset class: stocks, commodities, rates or FX. Whether the trade is done through an exchange or over the counter, we’ve got it covered. But that’s just part of the story. In short, we support the whole electronic trading process from sell-side to buy-side and front-to-back.
Your role
You will be part of one of our most important client facing support teams based in Belgrade, which serves our major client base in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The team supports most of our order management system and its related parts, including exchange/broker integrations and components related to equity and institutional sales as well as automatic trading.
As an experienced support person in the team you will be challenged with a wide range of tasks, spanning from analyzing and resolving critical application issues impacting the daily business of our customers to supporting customers in evolving their knowledge and guiding them in the usage of our product. This requires both technical and functional understanding of the business, customer needs, workflows and keeping updated on the latest market driven changes.
We work very closely with our Stockholm Client Services and development teams and are co-located with the development teams in Belgrade, and that working relationship allows the individuals to build in-depth knowledge of our product and thus the ability to provide a very high level of support to our customer base.
In your area of expertise you will learn to understand the functional needs of our customers and translate their requests into technical requirements that the development teams will use when implementing new functionality.
In addition to this, we have regional support teams that we collaborate with daily. This makes it a great place to develop your career over the long term and build very specialized knowledge of our products, customer base and the financial markets.
