Description
In the context of our expansion of our Managed Service offering in MS Azure and AWS cloud we are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer (contractor, long term collaboration) that will join our IT Managed Service team, being responsible for the proper operation of our cloud infra.
Accountabilities:
- Monitoring and supporting our cloud solutions in accordance with Cloud computing best practices
- Designing, developing and deploying cloud-based infra
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving security incidents on our cloud infra
- Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements
- Acting as 3rd level of support on incidents related to our Managed Service offering, collaborating with our Product Engineering and Customer Support teams
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a similar field
- Proven hands-on experience in the field of Managed Services environments in the cloud (At least 1 Year)
- Good knowledge of the Azure (preferably) and AWS
- Oracle Cloud (OCI) will be considered an asset
- SIEM knowledge is a plus
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English both reading and writing
