Now we are looking to expand our team with one Solution Architect for a Large-Scale Transition & Transformation project – who will take ownership on End User Services T&T, technically lead the overall T&T containing several projects and smoothly transition to BAU supporting the engineering teams, implement new offerings including innovative Evergreen management approach

Professional requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in IT administration
- English: Upper Intermediate (writing and speaking)
- Soft skills: emotional resilience, time management, building long-term relationship with the customer, customer oriented, result driven, ability to speak business language and provide single of point to the customer. Very good team worker, leading and motivating the engineering team, ready to take ownership on the entire scope of workplace for the customer and guide the teams during implementation and transition to BAU (ongoing support)
- Outstanding knowledge and hands on experience in Image Management, Software Delivery, Patch Management, Windows 7 and Windows 10 Architecture and Servicing
- HLD/LLD and other technical documentation writing skills
- Fact of decision taking for environments of more than 1000 devices; experience in technically leading the projects
- Experience being sufficiently involved into Windows 10 migration projects and/or PC refresh projects is mandatory
- Understanding PKI, Encryption, experience managing Bitlocker using GPO and MBAM
- Good automation skills, preferably for activities like user data backup & restore, automating post deployment actions etc.
- Good knowledge an preferably experience in managing the enterprise management solutions (SCCM, Altiris, LanDesk/Ivanti, CA ITCM, etc).
- Knowledge and experience in managing Mobility solutions (AirWatch)
- Good knowledges and practical experience in Wintel area: client and server OS Windows (7/8/10, 2003/2008/2012/2016), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, PKI;
- Basic knowledge in networking area: TCP/IP, VPN, vLan, WAN, LAN, Ethernet;
- Basic knowledges in database area: Microsoft SQL;
- Practical knowledge of Hypervisor solutions (VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer, …);
- Would be a big plus to have a practical experience with designing, build and implementation of one of the EMM system for enterprise customer with more than 500 devices (VMware AirWacth, Citrix XenMobile, Microsoft Intune, MaaS360, MobileIron EMM, SOTI,…) Base understanding of the other EMM solutions and differentiators;
- Would be a big plus to have a practical experience with desktop virtualization (Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop)
- Would be a big plus to have a practical experience with software asset management, license consultancy, experience integrating any major license management solution (SNOW, Flexera, LANDESK etc.)
- Strong analytic. communication and designing skills, working experience in project documentation writing and project cost estimation;
- Excellent team working balanced with independence in problem determination, good presentation skills;
