About the team
FIS XSP provides a complete end-to-end solution suite that automates the corporate actions process, from cleansing and standardizing data and providing firms a global, “golden copy” to downstream notification as well as the automation of response capture. XSP combines intelligent software with enterprise-grade, multi-tenant secure architecture.
What you will be doing
The Customer Support Analyst will be the primary business support and impact analyst for global clients from all sectors of the financial industry including banking, broker/dealer, asset management, hedge fund and custody. This role requires you to become an XSP product subject matter expert with respect to global Corporate Actions for tracking, executing and processing. Limited travel may be required. This is a mid-level position that requires the individual to interact extensively with the client for ongoing operational and business support.

What you bring
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support roles
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics or Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
- Fluency in English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High degree of ownership and initiative
- Ability to retain extensive product knowledge during training.
- Effective communication and administrative skills.
