We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Litigation in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on various litigation & analytics-related projects. The team consists of 3 people and you would be reporting to the Head of IP Litigation Services. We would love to speak with you if you have good knowledge of SQL & Tableau & if you’re willing to learn new things and work on numerous exciting projects.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- At least 1 year of experience working as an Analyst
- Knowledge of SQL & Tableau
- Proficiency in English language

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar degree
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
What will you be doing in this role?
Creating SQL queries for data extraction; Turning raw data into insights by creating data visuals as custom litigation service deliverables; Creating spreadsheets as custom litigation service deliverables; Using automated tools to extract data and deliverables; Creating visual dashboards and performing data extraction to:
Support prospecting, webinars, presentations, thought leadership; Support the content and collection team; Automate services deliveries; As preparation for database updates, user management and bug fixes to support colleagues in the Data team;
Collaboration with the content team in order to assure quality of data delivered to clients; Collaboration with IP litigation expert colleagues for assistance in IP litigation matters for services delivery; Estimate workload to ensure successful and timely delivery of services; Work in a timely manner to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with requirements; Ensuring that project trackers are up-to-date;
Providing internal feedback to supervisor on opportunities to improve quality or processes; May perform data extraction and data analysis to assess quality of data in the context of incident management; Further related tasks required to ensure timely and delivery of high-quality services to clients
About the Team
We’re the IP Litigation Services team – we’re a global team and we’re currently looking for someone skilled in SQL in Tableau to join our team that consists of 3 team members currently. In this team, you would have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders & to work on many interesting analytics-related projects, as well as to learn a lot of things about the IP industry in general.
