Job Description
- Generates new business within a competitive environment;
- Proactively identifies and proposes local sales strategy (either for a portfolio element, specific client or opportunity) and executes agreed sales activities;
- Takes a role in setting sales targets designed to meet corporate objectives and plans and implement major sales campaigns to meet these sales targets;
- Manages the sales activities to meet agreed targets and corporate objectives within agreed budgets. Coordinates all necessary resources of business for target realization;
- Creates, identifies and responds to opportunities for providing products and services to the client, liaising with those responsible in own organization. Recommends products and services that will help the customer organization to achieve its business objectives;
- Identifies key staff in the client organization at all levels and builds relationships with them;
- Responsible for handling complex deals from identification to contract signing;
- Designs financial models and develops competitive pricing models in cooperation with Finance;
- Negotiates with customer representatives on both technical and commercial issues to reach mutually acceptable terms for appropriate sales agreement;
- Maintains the level of customer satisfaction, at regular intervals or after each significant delivery of product or service;
- Responds to customer queries and complaints
- Ensures that corrective action is taken by own organization and by the customer;• Encourages changes in the customer organization’s use of the products and services supplied, to increase the benefits it obtains from them and ensures customer retention;

Job Requirements
- Holds a university degree, preferably in IT or related filed;
- Has a solid and proven sales experience within IT sector;
- Likes to hunt for new accounts and finds new opportunities;
- Demonstrates the ability to further develop business relationships at the CxO level;
- Shows the ability to appreciate business context and position Atos for future opportunities;
- Has the ability to appreciate commercial issues and profit factors;
- Is capable of engaging in long term relationships with customers;
- Is a good listener and communicator;
- Is stress-resistant;
- Is flexible;
- Shows high level of integrity;
- Is fluent in English;
- Is a proven team-player, looking to work with other dynamic colleagues;
