Overview
The successful candidate will be a member of the AMETEK Europe Applications Team assisting with Dynamics NAV existing and future implementations
Responsibilities:
- Support AMETEK Europe existing and future NAV implementations
- Monitor corporate ticketing system and provide functional support for any NAV related tasks
- Act as point of contact for any change requests coming from the business. Analyze and define such requests, and convert them into a technical specification
- Perform development tasks for requests with low/medium complexity
- Test and QA all developments
- Create BI reports (Jet Reports, Power BI, etc)
- Conduct Data Migration activities
- Occasionally take on Project Management activities
- Run and review monthly/quarterly ticket reports in order to identify potential to monitor process inconsistencies, determine actions needed and perform those actions
Required Skills:
- In depth functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Problem-solving/analytical mindset
- Great communication and customer-handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of basic reporting/BI concepts
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to a variety of customers (location, language, nationality, ability)
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on department objectives and deliverables
- Fluent in English

- Experience with Jet Reports
- Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
- Project Management skills/experience
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience with Dynamics NAV in a support, consulting or developer role
