About you:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven experience in implementing an ERP system for the group of companies, in working with enterprise systems and applications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system would be an asset
- Solid understanding of non-financial and financial reports, including Profit or Loss statement and Balance Sheet
- Confident in working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping and analysis
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and initiatives, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge and experience in process improvement, project management, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies effectively to all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent English
