Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on investment strategies and opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Stay up to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest insights and advice.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
Your profile:
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center role.
- Demonstrable experience in finance is a big advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sales talent, and the ability to close deals.
- Pleasant, professional, and confident demeanor.
- Focused, disciplined, and consistent work approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a similar role in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
