Your Primary Responsibilities
- Develop a modular, javascript, front-end code for our single-page application (SPA).
- Identify trends and champion best practices on our front-end team.
- Optimize Humanity’s code and content to respond to both web and mobile devices.
- Lead knowledge sharing amongst your both your cross-functional team and functional area.
Required Skills
- University Degree in Computer Science and/or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Flexible attitude, strong committed to the quality and able to take responsibility
- Demonstrable experience in developing interactive, single page web applications; apps with complex logic; lots of usage and no tolerance for errors
- Experience with modern client-side scripting frameworks (e.g. Can.JS, Backbone, Ember, Angular)
- Knowledge of javascript template languages (i.e. EJS, Mustache)
- Proficient in Cross-browser optimization: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to develop and interact with RESTful APIs.
- Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills.
- Ability to work with CSS precompilers: SASS/LESS.
- Proficient in using Git Version Control.
Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience working on SaaS projects.
- Familiar with Scrum methodology or other agile development processes.
- T-shape skills and interests.
