TMA World is seeking an independent/ self-employed full-stack developer to help us evolve our next-generation learning experience platform.
Working remotely as part of a virtual team, excellent communication skills will be essential, as will technical adaptability and a user-centric approach to development. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through practical tasks that will contribute to all aspects of TMA World’s Software-as-a-Service applications, from back-end development through to front-end interface work and even Cloud-based hosting management and deployment.
Good working knowledge of the basics of web application development is required, which may have been acquired through self-directed study or from a formal training program. Prior commercial experience is not necessary, although anything of this nature (including work placements) will be an advantage.
Your working knowledge will include:
- OO PHP 7+ and Symfony 4/5 framework
- MS SQL Server and SQL language
- JavaScript, jQuery
- CSS3, SASS, LESS
- Node, Gulp, Webpack
- Windows IIS
