Full-Stack Engineer

In OBLO Business Unit, we develop innovative IoT solutions. We focus on creating integrated Cloud and Edge platforms for automating and monitoring of consumer and industrial processes, as well as collecting and processing data. Our staple product is the comprehensive smart home solution, which integrates devices using multiple communication technologies, voice assistants, and various third-party services. Our work also includes pioneering solutions for managing and optimizing renewable energy flows in both residential and industrial settings. Our solutions are used by leading global telecom operators.

Your role would include:

Software architecture design
Interface design
Designing services for secure communication to external IoT devices
Data security and data privacy
Owning and breaking down product features to epics and development tasks
Understanding of modern edge-cloud architectural design and willingness to shape it for the team
Leading and mentoring junior engineers
Using modern IoT technologies

Requirements:

Academic education in computer technology (BSc or MSc degree)
Mid/Senior experience in full-stack development
Experience in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Go)
Experience in frontend technologies (React.js/Next)
Experience in software architecture design
Experience in cloud security
Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Docker compose, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of Git and issue-tracking systems
Problem-solving mindset and proactivity
Good knowledge of written and spoken English

Preferred skills and knowledge:

Knowledge of Terraform
Knowledge of CI/CD workflows
Experience with MQTT and DLMS protocol
Background in work management
