Role Overview

The Game Mathematician handles designing and implementing mathematical logic for slot games, working from specifications provided by Game Designers. This role requires a deep understanding of probability and statistical modeling to ensure the games are mathematically sound and engaging.

What You'll Do

Develop core mathematical frameworks for slot gameplay.
Calculate win probabilities and evaluating key game metrics.
Create Python-based simulations to evaluate and improve game logic.
Collaborate with Game Designers to adjust and balance payouts.
Cooperate with multidisciplinary teams including Developers, Artists, Project Managers, QA, and other Mathematicians throughout the development cycle.
Prepare detailed mathematical documentation to support regulatory compliance and approvals.
Act as the internal reference for mathematical topics and assisting with concept phase evaluations, particularly for exploitability or compliance risks.

About You

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. They show strong programming skills in any of languages such as Python, C++, C#, or Java, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analytical tasks.
