The core responsibility for this role is to take care for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Microsoft systems, mainly within the areas of SCCM, Patch Management Windows Servers, Active Directory, MBAM/ Bit locker, Windows client OS updates workstation management.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensure that all systems supported by Workplace Services are operational and maintained.
- Monitor IT solutions within the area of responsibility. Report and troubleshoot any problems as required.
- Apply regular updates and patches, as required.
- Create documentation, procedures, and policies in relation to the areas of responsibility.
- Establish a good working relationship with his peers and other business actors.
- Talk to staff / clients through a series of actions, either face to face or by telephone.
- Create Dashboards and Reports.
- Follow the market trends and analyze potential improvements within his area of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or similar area.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience within the described area (SCCM).
- Deep knowledge and skills in SCCM including package creation, software center, software deployment, patches deployment, implementation of drivers into SCCM, SCCM agent deployment and fixing, SCCM troubleshooting, SCCM infrastructure, SCCM reporting, day-to-day SCCM maintenance and SCCM updates are needed.
- A broad senior knowledge within Microsoft infrastructure systems is mandatory.
- Good communication in English verbally and written.
- Self-motivated and directed, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to conduct technical research and market analysis.
