As a Growth Manager, you’ll run experiments across email and messaging channels, driving the customer experience forward in an analytically rigorous way. You’ll sit on a pod of like-minded product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists.
Instead of overseeing traditional marketing campaigns, the CRM team undertakes rapid experimentation as part of the Growth Product team. Our email and messaging channels are responsible for tens of millions in revenue per year, and you’ll be well positioned to add millions more in revenue over the next several years.
You’ll help us make step changes in automation and personalization by developing and testing hypotheses at a rapid clip. You’ll have access to data sources including consumer behavior analytics, user research, and experiment performance to maximize conversion rate, retention rate, and customer lifetime value.
The Growth team moves very quickly, and you’ll be exposed to new challenges on a daily basis.
What We Look For
- Extensive experience with A/B testing and optimization
- Know how to read customer research and analytics and turn them into creative, user-facing ideas and copy
- Strong quantitative skills, at home diving into analytics platforms or Excel to get answers to your questions
- You enjoy being scrappy—pushing for resources when you need them, but also finding ways around it to get the job done
- You see a process and want to improve it; you see no process and want to create one
- Must be a team player who enjoys working with peers and other key stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Mixpanel or Looker; SQL
- Knowledge of Iterable or another similar CRM/ESP
- Experience in a startup strongly preferred
- Experience marketing a B2C subscription product
