RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop service support capabilities for a wide set of applications and technologies within the Internal Tech Business Systems function.
- Drive forward the wider Internal Tech strategy and ensure that all systems, processes, and data provide a platform capable to support Endava’s growth plans
- Assist with defining appropriate delivery model, directives, and guidelines for the Business Systems function
- Ensure that all compliance requirements/controls are designed, implemented, operated, and presented in a timely and organized fashion
- Support all existing and future mergers and acquisitions application needs, the integration and/or adoption of existing /future technology landscapes
- Monitor and manage the performance of applications support activity, define metrics & KPI, perform monthly reporting
- Manage capacity modelling and forecasts activities within the designed budget
- Ensure alignment with the local DU’s & disciplines heads
- Identify training needs and development plans in collaboration with internal disciplines
- Identify & drive Business Systems automation/process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of previous experience in managing application support/development services
- Knowledge of IT trends, software development practices, delivery models (e.g. SaaS applications, clouds Business model)
- Practical experience in IT product/service management
- Compliance & Risk management (experience of running effective controls: eg SOX, SOC II)
- Strong financial acumen combined with a strategic approach, focused on Business value
- Demonstrated management experience with large/remote teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
- Proven project management and leadership skills
