We’re still remote-first, but we want people who can collaborate quickly without 3 a.m. standups or week-long async chains.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead engineering without turning into a PowerPoint executive.

You will:

• Grow, lead, and mentor our engineering team
• Own system design, architecture, and delivery across multiple projects
• Work directly with clients to turn messy ideas into production-ready systems
• Stay hands-on when it matters - review code, fix issues, unblock the team
• Raise the bar for how we build, ship, and improve
• Help hire the next wave of A-players
• Work with leadership on new SaaS products and internal tools
• You’ll be one of the people who decides how we build - not someone waiting for instructions.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

• Has led or grown an engineering team before
• Has strong technical depth across backend, frontend, and infra
• Understands system architecture and can design for scale
• Codes when needed and doesn’t hide behind meetings
• Navigates multiple projects without dropping balls
• Thrives in chaos, speed, and shifting priorities
• Takes full ownership end to end
• Has worked with AI tools or shipped AI products

In short: a leader who can build, think, ship, coach, and repeat.

Bonus Points If You

• Built SaaS products or worked in agencies
• Come from startups or small fast-moving teams
• Have strong GenAI/ML experience
• Actually like building things with your own hands
