We are seeking an experienced specialist for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations Unit to be part of the IAM Solutions function. This virtually organized function is a part of future Identity & Access Management organization, as a separate module within IT Enterprise Competence Center, part of IT Business and Corporate A1 Austria.
If you find it interesting to:
- Be responsible for ongoing operation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service
- Support ongoing operation of IT services maintained within the team, including Identity and Access Management group system (IAM), PAM Solution
- Support configuration of MFA solution and adjustment with the stakeholder’s current requirements
- Be responsible for maintenance and the installation of updates/upgrades and patching of MFA Solution
- Ensure pro-active lifecycle-, change- and security management
- Be responsible for implementation of basic scripting for integration and automation
- Support technical end users
- Be responsible for troubleshooting of technical problems, Health-Check monitoring and incident management
If you have:
- Technical education ideally in the field of IT, computer science or business informatics or comparable experience
- Good experience and knowledge on the operation and maintenance of servers and applications (Windows- and/or Linux-Server)
- Basic technical understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth…), directory services (LDAP, RADIUS etc.), multi-factor authentication standards, SSO
- Good experience with basic scripting languages (Java, REST, CLI…)
- Basic networking skills
- Good English language skills
- Will to be available for on-call duties outside of office hours
- Experience with ADFS
- Experience in IAM Solutions with focus on MFA
