We are an international IT partner for software engineering & consulting. Our software engineering teams help software-dependent companies through long-term partnerships. With clients’ domain knowledge and our software development expertise, we create reliable products together, while allowing clients to focus on businesses, providing full transparency and optimizing resources.
We operate according to the nearshoring model, which implies long-term complex international projects that require continuous development of relations with clients, as well as partial organizational and cultural integration between our development team and the client's one. Given that we are in a phase of intensive and focused development, we are looking for a new team member dedicated to developing client relationships.
This role implies a combination of project management and sales skills realized through maintenance and development of client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing business development strategy and relations with the clients one works with, in accordance with the company's strategy
- Analysis of the cooperation expansion potential with clients that one manages, both through services we already offer and through the new ones
- Acts as a link between our company and the client through continuous communication with clients and work on relationship development
- Facilitating project initiation:
- Gathering key information and client needs
- Facilitating project onboarding process
- Project management:
- Support in defining project plan
- Supporting the team in defining ways and methodologies of work
- Project management using various PM tools and methodologies (planning, issue management, requirement management...)
- Monitoring project implementation and management of operational difficulties or challenges
- Closing the project
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in software development project management
- Experience in maintaining and developing relationships with clients
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Fluent English language, both spoken and written
- Developed negotiation skills
- Communication skills with different types of clients
