Job description:
- working on-site 85% of your working time
- hardware failure diagnostics
- troubleshooting
- set up and configuration of computers, POS equipment, peripheral and network devices at the customer’s address or service center
- receiving defective equipment
- dispatching repaired equipment from service
Qualifications:
- basic knowledge of network equipment and infrastructure
- strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- willingness to work overtime, in the afternoon and on weekends
- B category driver’s license (active driver)
- conversational level of English
- experience in IT equipment maintenance will be considered an advantage
- knowledge of the ticketing system will be considered an advantage
