As a IT Recruiter in MENU, you will have the opportunity to refine the way we recruit technical talents. Partnering with our Team Leaders and working closely with them throughout the selection process, you will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of technical roles. Striving to reduce time-to-hire, you will connect with candidates online, ensuring we hire the best talents with a short, effective and high-quality selection process.
Main responsibilities of IT Recruiter include sourcing, screening, shortlisting the candidates and closing hires for various technical roles.

The key responsibilities of the IT Recruiter include:
- Determining resources status and needs
- Customizing creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
- Creating a pool of candidates through social networking and community organizations
- Pre-screening and developing slate of candidates by conducting initial video calls; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements and determining next steps
- Managing and maintaining the recruiting pipeline
- Coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities
- Developing strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire the best talents
- Partnering closely with Tech Hiring Managers to design and implement a full recruitment process cycle and bring the best talents on board
- Defining, designing, and implementing recruiting programs and drive sourcing strategy recommendations for a variety of technical roles
- Managing a full recruitment process cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews and feedback for technical candidates
- Designing and implementing initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
- Managing Hiring Manager expectations and developing interview processes that lead to quality hires
- Tracking, analyzing and regularly reporting on hiring progress
- Supporting company’s employer branding strategy
- Collaborating with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of employer branding in various areas and departments
- Providing a high level of candidate care and ensuring frequent communication is deployed
Requirements:
- 3+ year work experience as an IT Recruiter
- Technical knowledge with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Results oriented with superior research and sourcing skills
- Passion for embracing diversity in hiring process
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods
- Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire ‘hard to fill’ roles
- Understanding of software development process and technologies
- Passion about data and metrics, and experience in creating and managing a context of decision-oriented data
- Experience in employment branding, innovative sourcing strategies, and building a robust pipeline of diverse talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong professional network on LinkedIn
- Fluency in English
