About the role
The primary purpose of this position is to provide high quality customer support, provide excellent customer service and ensure all orders and service delivery satisfy high standards.
Your day to day communication will be in English. The position requires wearing different hats that include delivery management, external communication with suppliers, coordinating service delivery, providing updates to customers and be the main point of contact for the service delivery and system maintenance.
Primary duties
- Be persistent by chasing up carriers and software providers who drag their feet
- Develop excellent relationships with engineers who save the day when your project has got some heat
- Charm customers who are freaking out because they are afraid their project won’t get delivered and their entire business will stop working
- Multitasking a hundred things inside your mind that often are difficult to deal with in isolation
- Having enough intelligence to take short cuts when they have to be made and prepared to make changes because some things are just out of your control
- Keeping a smile on your face when you could almost break down and cry through frustration
Skills and key requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or IT Management or a closely related education
- Project oriented thinking
- High attention to details, neat person
- Affinity towards the IT field and solid understanding of IT infrastructure
- Highly organised person
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask

- Personal integrity and strong ethics
- Demonstrated ability to transfer technical knowledge to client
- Familiar with drawing network diagrams
