Solvit Networks is currently actively searching for an IT Service Management Technical Consultant who will join our team in Serbia.
Role / Responsibilities
Design the product in accordance with customer needs
Provide day-to-day administrative support for routine operations of customers systems and applications
Define the guidelines for the development and maintenance of customer applications and work with the team to improve the quality and performance of the applications
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks related to the application or external factors
Coordinate with the other teams to ensure the correct functioning of the application from the infrastructure point of view (Windows/Unix, DBAs, Network, IT Security, etc.)
Participate in the pre-sales process
Be able to demonstrate the solution using presentations, demo or using proof of concept
Implement industry best practices for Service Desk organizations, reporting, response times, and satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and effective manner
Skills / Experience
Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, C, .NET C#, Web Hook
Active using of SAOP and REST
Knowledge of ITIL processes, with the focus on Incident, Problem, and Change Management disciplines
Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
Maintaining system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
Identifying potential issues and proactively proposing solutions and improvements
5+ years of experience in the IT industry
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet established deadlines
Innovative problem-solving skills; The individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully
Very strong verbal and written communication skills (Serbian/English)
Possessing a high level of professionalism and ability to communicate with audiences in a written or verbal format
Self-driven and highly passionate about providing excellent service
ITIL or similar certification is highly desirable
