We our searching for new team member who will join our plant in Novi Sad. We are operating in E-systems business and producing wiring harnesses for passenger vehicles and currently employing approximately 2600 employees. IT Specialist
Your core responsibilities will be:
- First line support for all IT issues in the plant and escalation to higher levels in needed
- Installation and configuration of of computers, printers, RF scanners, mobile phones and other IT devices
- Monitoring of Lear IT system functionality through Orion system and visual monitoring of hardware functionality of servers and other equipment
- Basic configuration of Cisco network equipment
- Ensures all employees are informed about system and data security and adherence to procedures
- Performs any other IT tasks delegated by IT manager
Experience Required:
- Education in IT area mandatory
- Previous experience in similar job not mandatory but will be considered as an asset
- Readiness to work in shifts (2 shifts 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operative system
- Advanced knowledge of server/LAN infrastructure
- Microsoft and Comptia certification desired
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes
- Capacity for fast response
