We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
IT Support Technician / Administrator
Belgrade
We are looking for an IT Support Technician/Administrator who would handle L1 and L2 support and perform the following tasks:
- Installation/Configuration of application on Workstations & Laptops & Devices
- Break/fix, configuration issues & hardware repair
- Configuration of printers/scanners
- Any kind of troubleshooting on workstations (OS & Application level)
- Gathering and analyzing information about user issues and determining the best way to resolve the problems
- May escalate to IT applications support
- Ticket routing and escalation to Level 3 support as appropriate
- Creating Users & Groups in Active Directory
- Resetting passwords
- Managing groups in Active Directory
- Creating MBX and Distribution Lists on Exchange
- Administration of server applications (Antivirus, Backup Solutions)
- Develop and create documentation and support materials
- Train other staff and stakeholders on technical issues as needed
- Perform other related tasks
Ideally, skills, experiences and education we are looking for:
- 2+ years of help desk and IT operations experience
- English proficiency (oral and written)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information systems or related discipline
Please note that regular work hours for this position are Monday through Friday noon-8pm Belgrade time.
