Implementation Specialist for Digital Solutions

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Implementation Specialist to join our Belgrade team.
This role involves implementing software solutions for clients and conducting training to ensure successful use.

Digital Solutions Implementation Specialists thoroughly understand the products they implement, including all features and the implementation process. They lead implementation projects from start to finish and offer clients support, training, and information.

The Implementation Specialist works with the development and support teams to ensure successful implementation and customer support. 

Constantly cooperates with the sales team to identify clients' specific needs.

In addition to direct software solution implementation, he/she can be engaged in implementing an improvement process, training, internal teams, and knowledge transfer.

It can also participate in testing new software versions to ensure they are ready for client deployment.

Key responsibilities and priorities:

• Preparation and implementation of the implementation plan for software solutions for clients;
• Communication with clients to define their needs and expectations;
• Installation, configuration, integration and testing of software solutions by client requirements;
• Providing support to clients during the implementation process and solving possible challenges;
• Training clients to use new software solutions;
• Supporting clients in the use of implemented solutions;
• Professional representation of the company, products and services;
• Pre-sales activities;
• Carrying out supporting administrative tasks as part of daily activities;
• Effective implementation of the business processes started by the stipulated deadlines;

Your Profile:

• University degree in IT or economics
• Work experience in the IT sector, administrative - commercial jobs
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
• Active use of the English language
• Experience in communication with end users
• Presentation skills and understanding of sales principles
