Booscala is hiring a creative visual storyteller who can transform complex ideas into clear, beautiful, scroll-stopping infographics for social media. About the Role

As an Infographic Designer at Booscala, you will create high-quality, educational, and engaging marketing visuals for LinkedIn and other social platforms. You will take strategy insights, frameworks, and marketing concepts and translate them into clean, professional infographics that elevate our brand and help our audience understand complex ideas instantly.

What You Will Create

You will regularly design visual content, including:

• Funnel maps, frameworks, workflow diagrams
• System and process visuals and strategy snapshots
• Marketing breakdowns and data visualizations
• Carousel graphics for LinkedIn
• Branding-aligned content templates

Your goal is to make information simple, beautiful, and highly shareable on social media platforms.

What You Will Own

• Produce around 10 graphics per week depending on workload
• Create branded templates for repeated content formats
• Transform raw ideas and text into polished infographic designs
• Support marketing and client-facing content with diagrams
• Collaborate with the team to refine and evolve our visual identity
• Keep up with modern design trends on LinkedIn

What Makes You a Fit

• Strong skills in Figma and Photoshop plus experience with a modern design workflow
• Background in creating infographics, frameworks, diagrams, and visual systems
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear layouts
• Understanding of modern content aesthetics
• Strong typography, spacing, and layout sense
• Ability to design content that performs well on social platforms
• Detail-oriented with fast execution
• Simple animation skills for carousel or short-form visuals are a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Staying up to trend with AI
