About the team: The Power Tools Division of the Bosch Group is the world market leader for power tools and power tool accessories. PT/LOG is the central logistics department of Bosch Power Tools. We have the logistics governance function to ensure standards across the different PT Business Units. In addition, we offer service to the PT Business Units to create synergies.
Our worldwide standardized Supply Chain Processes are mapped in a SAP R/3 solution, which is already implemented in Europe and Asia and will be further rolled out worldwide. To strengthen our process teams, we are looking for SAP In-house Consultants in the area of Supply Chain Management

Job Description
►You will support definition, implementation, optimization and documentation of our global Logistics Execution processes with focus on distribution processes of Power Tools
►You will define and set-up of new shipping routes in our systems, ensuring smooth processes incl. related outputs, labels, returns processes, new forwarder integrations as well as other outbound and inbound distribution processes
►You will identify and initiate processes changes in close collaboration with our global IT organization, including requirements from the users as well as norms, standards and other processes
►You will secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards
►You will monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and support implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
►You will train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes e.g. by managing user tests and trainings
►You will support communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment
Qualifications
►Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management
►2-5 years of work experience in consulting or industry
►Extensive experience in sales and distribution processes (beneficial experience in purchasing)
►Knowledge in SAP ERP SD and LE, MM knowledge beneficial, as well as experience in SAP implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader, key user or consultant)
►Structured way of working with ability to analyze, define, implement, change and document processes
►Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and enthusiasm
►Good communication skills, fluent in English, training and moderation skills
►Ready to work in an international environment
