Junior IT Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Deploy and support laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, printers, and network connections
• Manage and maintain hardware and software licensing agreements
• Manage workstation deployment
• Track and document IT hardware and software inventory
• Purchasing computer related components and software
• Maintains and regularly verifies/tests backups and recovery procedures
• Document IT procedures and write knowledge base articles
• Serving as the initial point of contact for IT requests & problem analysis
• Log incidents and end user requests, identify recurring problems, and provide necessary workarounds, fixes, and solutions

REQUIREMENTS 

• Team Player
• 2+ years on similar position is welcome, not required 
• Proven experience of software and hardware troubleshooting on large scale (100+ employees)
• Good time management
• Knowledge within industry or similar industries is an advantage
• Good understanding of technical products
• Proactive, solution oriented with a can-do attitude
• Strive for excellence 
• Self-starter with minimum supervision needed, achievement-oriented & motivated
• To be incremental part of our success
• Proven ability to investigate and analyze information to derive solutions to problems
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills 
• Microsoft Office 365, PowerShell, SQL Server, LAN, WAN, Switches, Routers, firewalls, VPN
