Junior Product Specialist

We are currently looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join our team!

Location: Belgrade

As a Junior Product Specialist in our CAS Delivery team, you will be:

• Participating in the analysis of client requirements in the field of Document Management Systems and interpreting functional requirements to internal teams
• Contributing to the implementation projects through configuring and testing of ASEE DMS product
• Writing test scenarios, testing applications and creating reports on test results
• Providing customer support during the customer acceptance test and contributing to the build and maintenance of automated tests and test data
• Participating in preparation and conduction of training organized for users of ASEE DMS product
• Creating user manuals and updating knowledge base
• Providing an appropriate level of support for ASEE DMS product in order to provide fully functional, operational and optimized application in accordance to SLA and communicating with clients to precisely define the problem as well as clearly present the solution for the problem presented

About you

• You have appropriate education in the area of computing science (or equivalent); VSS, VII/1
• If you have relevant IT experience, that will be considered as advantage, but not a deal breaker
• You have developed critical thinking and problem solving skills - the ability to understand and analyze problems and find solutions
• You have good communication skills - the ability to ask the right questions and correctly understand the information received
• You have developed documentation and writing skills - creating documents such as use cases, business requirement documents, user manuals and test cases
