As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time participant with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has a start date in 2022 with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

About The Team:
The XSP is the market leader for global corporate action and income processing with a worldwide client base ranging from investment managers, banks, broker/dealers, custodians, and hedge funds. This is a high-profile position with primary responsibility to apply Quality Assurance Methodologies for delivering enterprise wide automated software solutions for the Global Financial Industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Get to know our software, our customers, their needs, and the variety of issues that can arise during product development and implementation
- Work on manual / automated testing according to project deliverables within Agile teams
- Develop, maintain, and execute manual tests / automated test scripts. Maintain complete, detailed test results data
- Identify and segregate manual test cases / automation test scripts those are good candidates for regression testing. Identify manual tests those can be converted into automation test scripts
- Open defect records for all defects resulting from testing, ensuring all high and urgent priority defects are resolved prior to project implementation
- Develop / maintain regression test scripts throughout project life cycle
- Continually build knowledge and proficiency in testing methodologies
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related discipline or the equivalent of education and experience (Finance, Mathematics or Technical sciences)
- Analytical, highly proactive with strong desire to learn
- Ability to absorb new concepts quickly, think independently and solve problems efficiently
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
Added Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with manual or UI/API automation testing, testing tools, writing test cases
- Programming skills and OOP concepts knowledge
- Understanding database structure, experience with retrieving data using SQL
- Knowledge about financial products and services
