Essential Functions/Duties
The primary focus of the Junior Sales BSA position is to take a part in the development and maintaining of the European part of the information system that covers the Sales, Marketing, and Procurement business processes, including, but not limited to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Main duties:
- Take part and support the Sales, Marketing and Procurement initiatives in the IT area;
- Maintain and develop the ERP system as a central IT system;
- Key contact of the business users in the Sales, Marketing, and Procurement departments.
- Work with cross-functional teams;
- Take part in geographically diverse teams at the European level;
- Collect and analyze business requirements and project them into effective IT solutions;
- Develop project plans and manage projects;
- Monitor project performances and deliverables;
- Proactively provide status on activities to the appropriate stakeholders;
- Develop and execute functional unit test cases;
- Build training documentation and deliver training to the end-users;
- Support application deployment in the production and provide post-production support;
- Analyze IT systems to identify/troubleshoot and recommend improvements.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Business/ Computer Science/ Information System or other related field preferred;
- Master Degree would be a plus.
Professional experience:
- Enterprise ERP experience, focused on Sales, Marketing and Procurement is desirable.
Special skills and experiences:
- Knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Procurement is desirable;
- Project management skill is desirable;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in multicultural environment;
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Self-motivated;
- English - Fluent written and spoken is required.
Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
