We are looking for: Junior SAP ABAP Developer

Responsibilities:

• Work on development projects mostly in Logistics domain, using programming languages and technologies:
• ABAP
• SAP UI5/FIORI
• SQL
• Work with both procedural and object-oriented language structure
• Develop new or extend existing functionalities of SAP systems and third-party logistics modules
• Develop interfaces and integrate SAP and other applications
• Work on migration of data & automation of processes
• Suggest business & technical optimizations for improving client’s processes

About you:

• University diploma or a final year of studies (preferably FON, ETF, MATF, RAF, etc.)
• Experience in object-oriented programming
• Good understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
• Willing to get involved with business logic and requirements analysis
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Self-motivated and solution oriented
• Understanding the needs of end-users and ensuring that the software solutions developed address those needs
• A strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify patterns, and find logical solutions
• Continuous learner and open to learning new technologies and adapting to changes in the industry
• A patient and persistent attitude

What would set you apart from other candidates?

• Knowledge of Logistics business processes
• Web service configuration: REST, SOAP, OData
• Basic understanding of SAP functional modules and ABAP Objects
• Understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design
• Good knowledge of Java or .NET technologies
• Knowledge of German or Dutch language
