Morph is joining forces with ELEMENTS on a quest to find a Linux Administrator (Operations).
ELEMENTS is a high-performance media storage and server system and incorporates 10+ years of hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in the post-production and broadcast industry. Ambitious in designing custom tailored solutions for demanding media workflows. They are trusted by renowned television networks such as RTL, RAI, FOX, RTS, RTV, as well as production powerhouses like RedBull, Netflix, Vice, and South Park Studio.
As a Linux Administrator, you will be responsible for managing cutting-edge storage solutions based on CentOS Linux and workflow solutions - advanced Media Asset Management platform, archival solutions, automation, cloud platforms, and cloud integrations.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Linux, ideally CentOS
- Full English proficiency
- Open-minded, eager to learn and grow, both independently and within the team
- Passion for media production and a desire to develop optimal workflow solutions
Nice to have:
- Storage and network experience
- Previous experience with SAN and NAS systems
- Previous experience with Switches, Disk Arrays, LTO etc.
- Understanding of professional video editing programs

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your excellent Linux skills, particularly in CentOS, to optimize storage systems for our prestigious media clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to storage systems while interacting with client’s technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate within a flat and agile hierarchy, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
