What you’ll do:
- You will be a key business & reporting analyst that will help the organization make strategic decisions affecting it’s future. You will be a data analyst that will support Director and Management of the organization in analysis, reporting and capturing of the business data.
- You will use the data to analyze and provide metrices, prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for key stakeholders in the organization that need to make the right decisions.
- You will need to have an aptitude to look at the data strategically, from birds-eye view which requires ability to review details and then summarize and find key organization trends based on the business model knowledge.
- You will learn the business in order to review your analysis and results, and ensure the results are correct and are fitting the business model, before presenting the key stakeholders.
- You will need to have an excellent Excel & PowerPoint knowledge to use attractive models within the tool to present your findings to executives and management.
- You will need to setup a consistent and accurate data tracking process and provide various data models which will give you reports for management decision making.
- You will keep track of all complaints (bugs) captured, in the database of your choice, keeping all the metadata about them, ensuring they are entered in the proper tracking tool while providing accurate and up-to-date quality reports.
- You will setup your own data models, tools and approaches to track the data, while at the same time recommending process changes to better capture the data needed.
- You will maintain all data on a regular basis ensuring your reports are always up-to-date.
- You will be flexible and fast to provide ad-hoc reports on a request basis, after which you will place them into regular reporting maintenance for standard use.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related study
- 2-4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical and business acumen defining and understanding business requirements and reporting them back to cross-functional stakeholders
- Understanding of systems, networks, and other technology
- Highly analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, expected to present problems and solutions simultaneously
- Organized, independent, and proactive – with a balanced temperament to be able to switch rapidly between different projects and competing priorities
- Ability to quickly build effective working relationships and influence cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization and with 3rd party vendors is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and quickly shift priorities as dictated by changing business needs
- Excellent English verbal, listening, and written communication skills as we are working in a global environment with Austria, UK, Canada and United Stated (as well as solid technical English)
- Good Windows/MS Office application skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in working or living abroad (US, UK, Western Europe etc.) with native English fluency that will help this position make an impact in our global company
- Experience in software methodologies like Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban), Waterfall etc.
- Understanding and affinity to play casino games
The way we work:
- Management Business & Reporting Analyst is responsible for data analysis and will report to Studio Director to help organization make strategic decisions.
- Our organization is numbering 120+ people total, and collaboration and communication with the entire studio occurs on a daily basis to ensure alignment. You will be closely cooperating with Project Managers, Product Owner, Leader, and Studio Director.
