About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services and drive business growth in the European and North American market. This role requires a deep understanding of the software development industry, previous marketing experience for software development companies based in Eastern Europe targeting European or North American customers, and strong digital marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness in the European or North American market.
- Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to engage with potential clients, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.
- Plan and execute social media marketing initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales/Business Development and Product Solutions teams to align marketing efforts with their objectives and support lead generation activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with content writers, graphic designers, and SEO specialists, to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the software development industry, specifically with companies based in Eastern Europe targeting European or North American customers.
- In-depth understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing techniques.
- Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that utilize email marketing, website optimization, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for various marketing channels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive mindset with a constant drive to seek improvement and explore innovative marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing or related disciplines are a plus.
