Who are we looking for?

Syncit Group is looking for a Medior Laravel Developer. We are hiring to build a very strong technical team in both of our offices in Belgrade (overviewing the Palace of Serbia) and Niš (Science Technology Park Nis). You will be working with a very qualified and experienced pool of people. In order to understand clients’ business requirements, you will need to collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Business Development Executives.

How do we imagine the perfect candidate?

Tech-savvy - Previous working experience as a PHP/Laravel developer (2+ years); excellent knowledge of PHP and Laravel; strong understanding of SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design, and GIT commands (commits, branches, pull requests); comfortable working in a Scrum environment with weekly Sprints.

Whole Package - Develop, improve, and maintain cutting-edge Web applications using PHP/Laravel platform; utilize your full-stack skills with tight integration between the UI/UX, data, and back-end layers; use PHPUnit, PHPSpec, and Behat to test Apps; perform MySQL and query optimization.

Team Player - Great interpersonal and communication skills in a dynamic team environment; collaborating with other teams to ensure consistent, reliable, and up-to-date Apps.
