We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to oversee and lead our IT operations.
What You’ll Do
As the NOC Manager, you will ensure the smooth functioning of our client’s network infrastructure, manage a team of senior network engineers, and maintain high service levels for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of network operations and best practices.
Team Leadership
Manage and lead a team of highly qualified network engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
Network Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Network Operations Center, ensuring the stability, security, and availability of the network infrastructure for our clients. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent network outages or disruptions.
Network Infrastructure Upgrades and Projects
Plan and coordinate client’s network infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and migrations. Work closely with the engineering and architecture teams to implement new technologies, solutions, and network designs.
Continuous Improvement
Identify process improvements, automation, and optimization opportunities within the network operations function. Drive initiatives to enhance network reliability, scalability, and performance.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications from Cisco and Aruba (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Aruba Certified Professional, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Network Operations Center Manager or in a similar leadership role within IT operations, with expertise in Cisco and Aruba networking technologies and others.
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers).
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures from Cisco (e.g., Cisco IOS, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ASA) and Aruba (e.g., ArubaOS, Aruba Mobility Controllers, ClearPass).
- Strong understanding of network monitoring tools, incident management, and problem resolution processes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior management. This position is for the United States market.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network operations, particularly related to Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet networking solutions.

Compensation: Base Salary based on experience level.
