What You Will Be Doing?
You will:
- Designs, configures and monitors the operation of network devices (routers, firewalls, L3 switches, L2 switches, Wi-Fi equipment, locally and in the cloud)
- Defines and implements configuration changes on network devices (routing, setting access lists/rules, QoS protocols, VLAN, NAT, etc.)
- Configures and maintains network services DHCP, DNS, SNMP, NTP, VPN, VOIP, and others.
- Analyzes requirements related to the flow, access, and availability of information and requirements in the field of network security
- Controls access to network resources and the Internet, as well as network interconnections with external firms
- Monitors performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Improving communication links by monitoring network performance and making suggestions for improvement
- Installs and configures network software and hardware
- Act as second-line technical support to the local and international users in regional AVAYA Call centers and escalation point to the external suppliers. Monitoring of all systems connected to AVAYA CC and adjustment of solutions according to business needs. Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, and backup strategy for AVAYA CC solutions. Close cooperation with external suppliers (telecommunication and hosting providers).
- Be a part of the team which is developing, maintaining, documenting, and verifying insurance software
- Work closely with other colleagues and teams within the Uniqa group
- Be involved in local and regional Group projects

What Do You Need for the Position?
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Network and Call Center Administrator. You need to have a minimum high school degree and at least one year of relevant work experience and you must be able to document customer requirements and provide diagrams as needed.
Working knowledge of IPV4/IPV6 model, routers, switches, PBX, and QoS, as well as good English knowledge, is a must. Candidates with Networking and AVAYA certification will be an advantage. Commitment to customers’ requirements, excellent system analysis, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy, and tact, are needed for this position. You must be able to solve complex problems with effective solutions and effectively organize numerous activities. You need to have a driving license and be an active driver.
