Responsibilities
As an Oracle Product Architect, you will provide strategic analysis, design, and implementation guidance of solution design/architecture services on the development, integration, interfacing, and synchronization of a variety of Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion ERP, EPM, HCM) and Oracle Infrastructure Cloud components on both existing business needs and integration/implementation needs. The position will work closely with other technical departments and business stakeholders and has an emphasis on shaping the development of architectural solutions.
- Conduct design workshops and functional process workshops in all financial and human resources-related areas
- Assess business requirements and map them to the Oracle Application functionality as well as functionality gaps and provide solutions to them
- Participate in the Design Authority as a key core member to ensure that relevant designs meet defined goals
- Peer reviews the designs and solutions of his/her peers and provides relevant constructive feedback as necessary, focusing on a solution outcome
- Identify and manage risks relevant to the solution or architecture
- Share and disseminate knowledge to the program and wider business members in clearly written and detailed deliverables
- Develop a strong collaborative relationship with the team and key business stakeholders
- Work with third-party and partner personnel to develop strong solutions
- Provide support to design, build, testing and operations as necessary
- Responsible for the overall quality of the solution
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Broad knowledge of ERP, HCM, and EPM in the Oracle Fusion product set as well as Oracle Infrastructure Cloud components (OIC, DBCS, IDCS)
- Current Oracle Cloud Certification is desired
- Ability to work closely across a diverse multi-workstream program team
- Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct way in written and verbal communication
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders
- Good attention to detail and an ability to analyze and use data in decision making
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance competing
priorities
- Experience identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues independently
- Initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
