About Loopia

Loopia, which since 2011 is a part of the Visma Group, is the largest web hosting company in Sweden and a major player in the Serbian hosting market. We offer services in web-, email- and DNS hosting. Our products and services are based on intuitive user interfaces build on top of automated systems. Our ambitions are held high with the goal to offer our customers the best service. We are now looking to expand our developing team with a full time senior developer. You will be working together with our R & D team in Sweden and Niš. Who are we looking for? Job responsibilities As a developer at Loopia you will build and maintain applications used to provide our services, applications covering provisioning of hosting services, billing, domain management, etc.

Requirements

• Good skills in Object Oriented Programming, PHP, Javascript, and MySQL is necessary.
• Good skills in application design, service oriented architecture, using of version
• control systems, developer tools like composer, command line
• Knowledge of Perl, Python, frameworks like Symfony, Silex, Zend, and Jquery is an advantage.
• You need to be aware of the basics on how domain management, DNS and web hosting works.
• Good skills in the English language, both spoken and written. You will communicate in English with the Swedish team via chat, voip and e-mail.

About the employment

You will be working under management from Sweden and stationed at our office in Niš in Serbia. The position is full time with 6 months probation.
