As the Product Coordinator, you will be joining the product team operating from Belgrade, but lead from Malta. Your objective will be to both to maintain and improve the current product of Bethard Group. Assisting with Customer Approval Testing will be part of your job, as well as bringing in your new innovative ideas on how our product can become even greater and ensuring we achieve the best possible user experience as possible. You will be focusing on both minor technical details and bigger product related features. Your work will entail working mostly on a computer, as well as on different devices and browsers. As the product coordinator you will be part of the product team reporting directly to the product manager. As the product coordinator, you will be communicating with our developers, project managers, QA testers and other coordinators relating to everything product-related work.
Job Description
- Upload Index/Sportsbook/Casino/Live Casino Banners
- Publish new casino games and removing old ones
- Help with any necessary content fixes on site
- Quality assurance of sites
- Reporting issues on sites
- Help improving site functionality through ticket creation and suggestions
- Help with alternative Sport or casino promotions. Could be improvement of work flow or requesting design, content or tracking progress of players and evaluating success of the campaign
- Help with editing sportsbook odds
- Help with editing casino games or lobby changes via game categories or similar
- Improvement of product in general across multiple devices and browsers
- Working in back offices and CMS’s for any technical work
- Collecting game certificates for all new game releases from game providers
The person we are looking for wants to be part of something more than just the usual office job. That person wants to be given more and more responsibility, and have the courage to make more and larger business decisions as he or she would develop with time. Standing on your own two feet and working independently is looked up upon here. Hunger to improve and learn as a person, as well as caring for what you do on a daily basis is important. Having an interest in casino and sports is a plus. Lastly working in a larger group with people in Malta and Sweden is included as this is a team effort.
