Product Marketing Manager
(Telcos Fraud Management & Interconnect Management with Least Cost Routing)
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product positioning, and messaging for our telecom fraud prevention and interconnect management solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of telecom fraud vectors (e.g., SIM swap, CLI spoofing, IRSF, Wangiri, phishing), interconnect billing and routing practices (including LCR), and the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling customer-facing narratives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, and technical teams to drive demand, market differentiation, and product adoption across global telecom markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Positioning & GTM Execution
- Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for Fraud Management and Interconnect Management with Least Cost Routing.
- Define and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions based on market dynamics and customer pain points.
- Drive GTM planning for new launches and product enhancements, including campaign integration, timelines, and execution.
Portfolio Coverage & Insight Development
Cover all relevant solution domains including:
- Fraud Management Systems (FMS), Voice Firewall, Flash Call Firewall, Revenue Assurance, Interconnect Billing, and LCR optimization tools.
- Monitor telecom fraud trends and interconnect practices; analyze competitive offerings; and develop differentiated messaging based on actionable insights.
- Incorporate evolving interconnect business models and least cost routing (LCR) requirements into market analysis and product messaging to support carrier profitability and operational efficiency.
Content Creation & Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain compelling product content: whitepapers, case studies, sales battle cards, brochures, datasheets, blog posts, landing pages, and webinar materials.
- Enable sales with pitch decks, talk tracks, and training that clearly communicate technical capabilities and commercial benefits.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
Own and maintain the product-related sections of the company website and LinkedIn presence; ensure timely publication of new posts, feature launches, campaign assets, and thought leadership.
Product Lifecycle & Customer Voice
- Support Product Management from discovery to launch, shaping how products are presented internally and externally.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback, pain points, and usage patterns to influence product messaging and roadmap.
- Partner with CX and Sales to execute customer satisfaction surveys and integrate findings into positioning efforts.
Metrics & Optimization
- Define KPIs for launch success, campaign performance, content engagement, and sales enablement impact.
- Conduct regular evaluations of marketing effectiveness and propose optimizations based on feedback and analytics.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of international product marketing experience, including 3+ years in B2B product marketing for telco, SaaS, fraud prevention, or telecom interconnect billing systems.
- Knowledge of telecom fraud threats (IRSF, CLI spoofing, SIM swap, Wangiri, A2P bypass) and interconnect practices (including LCR).
- Demonstrated ability to convert technical features into concise, business-relevant messaging.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills; near-native English required.
Familiarity with telecom compliance standards (e.g., GSMA, GDPR, FCC).
- Analytical mindset with experience in product or campaign analytics a strong plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Productboard, or equivalents preferred.
